Our Mediators

Rates as January 1st, 2023

A single paying party for Larry I. Herscher shall pay $500/hour, with a 2 minimum charge.

With 2 paying parties, each party shall pay $250/party/hour, with a 2 minimum charge.
With 3 paying parties, each party shall pay $200/party/hour, with a 2 minimum charge.

For all other mediators

A single paying party shall pay $450/hour.

With 2 paying parties, each party shall pay $225/party/hour.

With 3 paying parties, each party shall pay $185/party/hour.

With 4 or more paying parties, each party shall pay $165/party/hour.
