WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining the Florida Mediation Group, I spent a decade as
the Senior Managing Counsel at UKG, formerly known as The
Ultimate Software Group, Inc. There, I led the litigation and
disputes department, overseeing all legal conflicts for the
company. I later transitioned to focus on product compliance,
ensuring adherence to regulations in areas such as wage and
hour laws, discrimination, BIPA, electronic signatures, HIPAA,
taxation, money transmission, licensing, privacy and AI.
Prior to that, I was the General Counsel at a consumer financial company
for five years, spearheading their product diversification and
expansion. My earlier career involved working with various South
Florida law firms, where I handled cases related to intellectual
property, contractual disputes, personal injury, wrongful death,
discrimination, construction defects, and first-party insurance
claims. I also had the opportunity to represent some very famous
music groups in contractual and intellectual property disputes.
My legal journey began at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office,
where I developed my litigation skills. I am enthusiastic about my
new role at Florida Mediation Group and look forward to
collaborating with you and your clients.
