Background

During the course of her eighteen-year litigation practice with the law firm of Robert J. However, over the years she has also represented clients in areas of insurance disputes, automobile liability, premises liability, ERISA, disability claims, social security claims, probate, guardianship, and civil rights. Karen became a full-time mediator in 2004 with the objective of emphasizing choices and control throughout litigation.
