SCHEDULING A MEDIATION

It is quick and easy to schedule a mediation with Florida Mediation Group. An FMG Case Administrator will contact all parties involved in the mediation and coordinate a convenient date, time and location that accommodates everyone. Select one of the following methods to get a mediation scheduled today.

Complete and submit the form for Presuit or In Suit Cases Online! O R

Print and Complete the Mediation Submission Form and fax it to 305-579-9991 O R

Mail or Fax the following documents to our office.
- For Presuit: The Cover Letter of any Demand Package
- For in-Suit: The first page of any Pleading and Service List.
- For Court Ordered: The Mediation Order and Service List.

Florida Mediation Group will coordinate all the details related to a Mediation, Including:

Relaying the offer of Mediation to the opposing side(s).

All Scheduling and Rescheduling.

Preparation and Distribution of all Notices and relevant Court Documents.

Follow up contacts with Attorneys, Adjusters, and Judges when necessary.
