Each mediator has a broad base of mediation experience both in court-ordered and voluntary mediation. Florida Mediation Group has effectively administered and mediated over 50,000 cases involving a wide range of disputes. FMG provides Mediators with specialized backgrounds and expertise in all areas of practice throughout the state of Florida.

1. A LARGE ROSTER OF MEDIATORS, INVENTORY OF SKILLS, APPROACHES, AND STYLES - Each mediator has their own style and approach; some work better with specific types of people than others and perform better in certain situations than others. By identifying these subtle differences you are in a better position to choose the mediator that can most effectively address the issues inherent in the dispute and deal with the personalities involved in the negotiation.
2. ACCOUNTABILITY FACTOR FOR MEDIATORS - After each mediation we send evaluation forms and request parties to evaluate our mediator and mediation process. By having all our mediators accountable to a central office equipped to process all feedback, you are able to participate in a quality control approach to the mediation thrust.
3. PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MEDIATORS - We provide a professional framework in which our mediators can improve and sharpen their skills. The core of mediators on our roster are FULL-TIME professional mediators. They are active in local, state and national Mediation Associations and regularity participate in advanced training seminars, either as lecturers or participants.
4. EDUCATION - Each of our Mediators has taken a Florida Supreme Court Certified training program for mediators and is a certified mediator in all jurisdictions. Most have taken advanced training offered by various organizations and associations involved in mediation. Periodic development seminars are conducted locally for FMG Mediators where successful strategies, and techniques are demonstrated and discussed.
