Experience

Scott Britan, a Chicago native, was born in 1956, and educated at the University of Miami. While at the University of Miami, he was inducted into Iron Arrow, the University's highest honor. In 1978, he graduated from the University of Miami, Magna Cum Laude, and in 1981, he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

From 1981 until 2002, Scott Britan was a trial lawyer in South Florida. He represented victims of serious personal injuries, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

In 1998, he was admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado. In addition, he is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
