Experience

Scott Britan has both a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Miami. For over 20 years he was a trial lawyer in private practice in Miami and Boca Raton. He litigated and tried civil cases of all kinds with an emphasis on plaintiffs personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since October of 1981 and a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (Florida Justice Association) since 1982. He knows what it takes to try a case and he knows what it takes to settle a case. Since 2003 he has limited his practice to mediations only and he is available to mediate your case for you anywhere in the State of Florida.
